For far too long short term rentals have caused a decrease in inventory, with whole neighborhoods taken over by large companies. The result is higher prices on single family homes, condos, and apartments making them difficult to afford.
Investing in the Community
BCT started with a single home puchase, and grew with a vision to bring families back to Sedona. We currently house teachers, work force, and families including almost 40 children. We believe children do for Sedona, what saplings do for a forest. They are the undergrowth and vitality of the community.
Through reasonable housing, we are not only building the future for the next generation in Sedona, but ensuring senior citizens are able to stay in the houses they have called home for years.
