With the median home price in Sedona climbing from $500k in 2020 to $995k in 2023, that leaves many people without housing options. We see this as a community crisis, especially for those who serve & families.
That’s why BCT Sedona specializes in economical housing. Our story started with a vision to bring families back to Sedona. We currently house over 30 children, which helps our school systems. Similar to a forest, children are the undergrowth and vitality of a community.
BCT Sedona has already purchased several single family homes, condos, and two existing apartment buildings. All are NOW long term rentals. Our future includes building multi-family housing from the ground up.
Our mission at BCT Sedona is to provide housing options that cater specifically to our working community, seniors, children and families. We believe that the health of any community lies in the diversity of age, race, heritage, and income.
Our rentals are located in great locations in the Village or Oak Creek and in the City of Sedona.
BCT supports the collaborative efforts of the City of Sedona, Sedona Oak Creek School District, and Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona. We are committed to “Housing Our People”.
Through reasonable housing, we are not only building the future for the next generation but ensuring senior citizens are able to stay in the houses they have called home for years. Budget-friendly housing is crucial in shaping the lives of our entire community including the people that serve us.
